With PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) for Energy Requirement & WPA (Water Purchase Agreement) for Water Requirement , which is consolidated with 25-year term long-term contractual arrangement which StarUnion Power Corporation will provide to Off-Takers who usually would be Government / Semi-Government or Utility Companies.

Whereby StarUnion Power Corporation will Commit to Design, Finance, Construct, Operate and Maintain the Energy Plant/Renewable Desalination Plant and thereso complying with Technical & Commercial needs and Delivering Quality, Quantity as per International Standards.

StarUnion Corporation expects the Government/Semi-Government or Utility Companies To Guarantee by :

  • Signing Memorandum of Association
  • Issuing Letter of Intent (LOI) or Expression of Interest.
  • Letter/Certificate of Land allocation for Desalination and Solar site
  • Finalisation of Tariffs with Escalation Clause to secure any Forex Related Variation.
  • Facilitation of licenses & permits
  • Issuance of Irrevocable -Reccurring Bank Guarantee from Reputed Bank for Consumption of Energy/Potable Water.

Once the above is accomplished Starunion Power Corporation will Commence with Technical feasibility study and Issue Technical Quotation.
